We visited the Rishikesh primary school No. 9 .

We held intensive course for Oriental Approach (Japan, the leader: Takako Hirosawa) from 16th September 2018 to 23rd September.

5:30 – 7:00 ………… Meditation

7:00 – 7:30 ………… Tea Break

7:30 – 10:00 ………… Asana, Pranayama

10:00 – 11:30 ………… Brunch

11:30 – 13:00 ………… Rest

13:00 – 14:30 ………… Bhagavad Gita

15:00 – 16:00 ………… Mantra Yoga

16:00 – 17:00 ………… Yoga Sutra

17:00 – 18:45 ………… Pranayama, Meditation

18:45 – 19:30 ………… Dinner

20:00 – 21:00 ………… Satsanga

The daily programs started with morning puja.

15 years have past from constraction of our building.

We found strong termites and asked professional to remove them.

It took one week to put the medicine in the whole building.

この建物ができて15年経ち、今までになくしつこいシロアリを見つけました。

プロに相談すると退治することになりました。

薬の匂いよりも後片付けが大変でしたが、大掃除ができて良かった。

We visited Rishikesh School No. 9 today which is one of the poorest primary schools in Rishikesh.

Theory class is going.

The subject is “Pancadasi”.
